Berry Jumble Smoothie
Fresh berries can always be substituted for frozen; however, you may actually prefer frozen berries. They make the smoothie thicker.

- ½ cup soy milk
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blackberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries, divided
- 1 frozen banana, cut in chunks
- Pour soy milk into a blender. Add yogurt, raspberries, blackberries, ¾ of the blueberries, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add the remainder of the blueberries and serve immediately.
