Berry Jumble Smoothie

Fresh berries can always be substituted for frozen; however, you may actually prefer frozen berries. They make the smoothie thicker.

  • ½ cup soy milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries, divided
  • 1 frozen banana, cut in chunks


  • Pour soy milk into a blender. Add yogurt, raspberries, blackberries, ¾ of the blueberries, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add the remainder of the blueberries and serve immediately.
