  • 1 cup cubed mango
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced mint

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mango, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
  • Add the lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle mint over the salad. Serve immediately.
