Berry Nutty Smoothie

Research has shown that people who eat 1/4 cup nuts a day live longer. That should be enough to convince you to try this smoothie!

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed


  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
