Berry-Orange Smoothie

This smoothie, made with strawberries, raspberries, yogurt, and orange juice, is packed full of nutrients.

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice


  • In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend or process until smooth. Serve immediately.
