Berry Salad

Whether you serve the yogurt dressing on the side, or tossed in with the fruit, this is a delicious flavor combination.

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 4 medium strawberries, quartered
  • 1⁄4 cup raspberries
  • 1⁄4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt


  • Mix yogurt and lime juice. Place the fruit in a serving bowl.
  • Drizzle dressing over the fruit. Top with mint leaves and serve.
