- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 container (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- Put all the ingredients into a blender.
- Put the lid on and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into two large glasses and enjoy.
