Bev's Saturday Morning Pizza Omelet

Cooked into a filling omelet, your Friday night pizza leftovers can be turned into a delicious breakfast!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 slice leftover pizza, chopped
  • Shredded cheese
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper


  • In small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • In small skillet over medium heat, heat oil until glistening. Pour in half of egg mixture; sprinkle chopped pizza over egg. After egg sets; flip omelet.
  • Pour in remaining egg mixture and cheese; continue cooking until eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper.
