Bev's Saturday Morning Pizza Omelet
Cooked into a filling omelet, your Friday night pizza leftovers can be turned into a delicious breakfast!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 slice leftover pizza, chopped
- Shredded cheese
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
Directions
- In small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In small skillet over medium heat, heat oil until glistening. Pour in half of egg mixture; sprinkle chopped pizza over egg. After egg sets; flip omelet.
- Pour in remaining egg mixture and cheese; continue cooking until eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper.
