Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans (7 oz.) whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, cut in strips
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp. salt

Directions
