Black Bean, Corn, and Red Pepper Salsa

- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cans (7 oz.) whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, cut in strips
- 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Chill and serve.
