Black Olive and Chickpea Tapenade
Use this spread as a flavorful dip with breads and vegetables. It’s great on sandwiches too!

- 1 can (14 oz.) chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- ¼ cup chopped black olives
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- Thoroughly blend all ingredients in a food processor.
