Blackberry Apple Smoothie
When berries are not in season, frozen berries will work just as well. Frozen berries can also add a nice texture to a berry smoothie. Test the texture as you blend to get the perfect fruity, crunchy consistency.

- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
