Blackberry Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 pints blackberries
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½" piece fresh gingerroot, peeled
  • 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt, divided

Directions

  • Combine blackberries, banana, lemon, ginger, and ½ cup yogurt in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ½ cup yogurt while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
