Blackberry Mango Smoothie
The fiber in bananas, mangoes, blackberries, and chia seeds will help you stay full for longer than if you drink plain juice for breakfast.

- ½ medium banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, soaked
- ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. honey
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
