Blackberry-Mint White Tea

The blackberries in this recipe can easily be exchanged for raspberries or blueberries.

  • ½ cup loose tea leaves
  • 3 cups blackberries
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, whole
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 quarts water


  • Add tea, 2 cups blackberries, mint, and sugar to a 4-quart slow cooker and mash blackberries. Stir in water. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
  • Pour tea through a strainer and serve warm or chilled, garnishing with remaining blackberries.
