Blackberry-Mint White Tea
The blackberries in this recipe can easily be exchanged for raspberries or blueberries.

- ½ cup loose tea leaves
- 3 cups blackberries
- ¼ cup mint leaves, whole
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 quarts water
- Add tea, 2 cups blackberries, mint, and sugar to a 4-quart slow cooker and mash blackberries. Stir in water. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
- Pour tea through a strainer and serve warm or chilled, garnishing with remaining blackberries.
