Blackberry-Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • ¼" ginger, peeled
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea

Directions

  • Place berries, ginger, lemon, and 1 cup tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining tea while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
