Blackberry Yogurt Smoothie
Delicious blackberries are made even more tasty with the addition of lemon and ginger in this recipe. This smoothie packs a healthy dose of much-needed vitamins and minerals, and is rich and satisfying with the addition of protein-packed yogurt.

- 2 pints blackberries
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1⁄2 medium lemon, peeled
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) ginger, peeled
- 2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- Place blackberries, banana, lemon, ginger, and 1 1⁄2 cup yogurt in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining yogurt while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
