Blackened Pork Ribs
These spicy ribs will warm up any fall evening. Serve with wilted greens and a simple salad for an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. ground thyme
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 lbs. country-style pork ribs
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the thyme, paprika, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt together in a small bowl. Rub ribs all over with oil, and then coat with the spice mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer registers 145 to 160°F.
