Blanched String Beans
This simple side dish makes any meal complete.

- 1 lb. string beans
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Blanch the vegetables in a large pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, and then chill them in bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.
- Toss with the olive oil and lemon juice.
