Blender Chocolate Mousse
Itʼs easy to indulge your sweet tooth with this simple but rich dessert. For best results, thicken further by chilling briefly in the freezer section of the refrigerator for 15 minutes before eating.

- 1½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Combine all the ingredients, and blend with an electric blender until the mixture thickens. Chill before serving.
