Blender Crepes

To make dessert crepes, add 1/4 cup sugar and omit the salt.

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • ½ cup cold whole milk
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • cooking spray


  • Put the butter, milk, water, eggs, and salt in the blender and combine well. With the blender still running on a low speed, gradually add the flour until well combined. Refrigerate in the blender container for at least 2 hours.
  • To cook crepes, heat a 6" skillet or crepe pan and spray with cooking spray. Remove from the heat and add about 3 tablespoons crepe mix, tilting the pan to spread the batter. Cook on one side only, then invert onto a paper towel. Crepes can be stacked as they are made if waxed paper is placed between them.
