Blood Orange Sgroppino
Recipe from Tastemaker Chef Angelo Lollino
- 2 scoop Vero Lemon Sorbetto
- 1⁄2 cup ice
- 1⁄3 can San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda
- 1⁄2 slice Blood Orange, Any type of orange works well.
- 1⁄2 slice Lemon
- Whipped Cream, Optional
- Add all ingredients including both orange and lemon slices to blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass to serve and garnish with half slice of orange and lemon. Top with with optional dollop of whipped cream.
