For this bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, you make your Panini press do double-duty. First, you’ll use it to crisp the bacon and then to grill your sandwich.

- 4 strips bacon
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 tomato, sliced thin
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- Preheat the panini press. Cook bacon on the heated panini press until crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel. Carefully wipe panini press with paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread and add cooked bacon, tomato, and lettuce to one side of sandwich. Cover sandwich with the second slice of bread. Place on panini press and cook 3–5 minutes.
- Remove from press, cut in half, and serve.
