Blue Cheese Dip
This dip is great served with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Keep tightly covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
