  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 10 frozen blueberries
  • ½ ripe medium banana
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup crushed ice


  • Place milk in blender followed by other ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more milk or ice if desired. Enjoy!
