Blueberries contain one of the highest antioxidant levels found in fruit. This smoothie is refreshing while fighting free-radical oxidation in your body.

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 4–6 ice cubes
