Blueberry Banana Nog

The apple and the apple juice add natural sweetness to this purple-hued smoothie. Not peeling the apple keeps in those all-important nutrients that your body will make such good use of!

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cored, unpeeled red apple
  • 1¼ cups apple juice
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, at least 1 minute. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
