Blueberry Banana Nog
The apple and the apple juice add natural sweetness to this purple-hued smoothie. Not peeling the apple keeps in those all-important nutrients that your body will make such good use of!

- 2 bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cored, unpeeled red apple
- 1¼ cups apple juice
- 4 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, at least 1 minute. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
