Blueberry Chia Smoothie
You can turn this into a chocolate coconut chia smoothie by adding a couple of tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder before blending.

- 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 1⁄4 cup frozen blueberries
