Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

This Blueberry Frozen Yogurt is sweet and tangy, and would look amazing served in a chocolate or white chocolate bowl. Add a few fresh berries and a mint sprig, and you’ll deliver an impressive looking and tasting dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups blueberries
  • ½ Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the blueberries, lemon juice and zest, and sugar. Stir and allow to macerate at room temperature for 1–2 hours.
  • After blueberries are ready, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
