Blueberry Frozen Yogurt
This Blueberry Frozen Yogurt is sweet and tangy, and would look amazing served in a chocolate or white chocolate bowl. Add a few fresh berries and a mint sprig, and you’ll deliver an impressive looking and tasting dessert.

- 4 cups blueberries
- 1⁄2 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- In a small bowl, combine the blueberries, lemon juice and zest, and sugar. Stir and allow to macerate at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
- After blueberries are ready, place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
- Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
