Blueberry Muffin Bowl

  • 1¼ cup almond flour
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1½ cups water
  • ⅛ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • ⅛ tsp. cinnamon


  • Place almond flour, hemp seeds, almond extract, water, and salt in a pot on the stovetop. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes, or until mixture has begun to boil and thicken slightly.
  • Remove from heat, then stir in blueberries and maple syrup. As the mixture cools, it will thicken. Top with cinnamon.
