Blueberry sauce is a fabulous dessert topping. Try it over angel food cake, fat-free yogurt, muffins, or fat-free vanilla ice cream.

- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup Splenda granulated
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cups blueberries
- Combine orange juice, Splenda, and ginger in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and add blueberries. Cook for 1 minute and remove from stove. Cool before serving.
