Blueberry Yogurt Blend
Smoothies, those trendy breakfast beverages, are quick and easy to make and can be very healthy. Be sure to use low-fat products and use plenty of fresh fruit and juices.

- 2 1⁄2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup dry milk powder
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
- In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend or process until smooth and thick. Serve immediately.
