Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup yogurt or kefir
  • ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Add additional ice cubes as needed for desired consistency.
