Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie
Blueberries contain one of the highest antioxidant levels found in fruit. This smoothie refreshes you while fighting free-radical oxidation in your body.

- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup yogurt or kefir
- ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 4 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Add additional ice cubes as needed for desired consistency.
