  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 medium carrots, trimmed
  • 1 medium apple, such as Granny Smith, cored
  • 1 celery stalk, including leaves
  • 1⁄2 cup spinach leaves


  • Process the broccoli, carrots, and apple through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
