Bourbon Molasses Glacé
This is a delicious sauce that goes with many meat dishes. It is especially good with chicken.

- 2 cups bourbon
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup molasses
- Reduce the bourbon by ⅓ in a deep pot (because you will be releasing the alcohol, be careful not to expose it to an open flame). Add the corn syrup and molasses, and cook for 5 minutes.
