Bourbon Molasses Glacé

This is a delicious sauce that goes with many meat dishes. It is especially good with chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bourbon
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ½ cup molasses

Directions

  • Reduce the bourbon by ⅓ in a deep pot (because you will be releasing the alcohol, be careful not to expose it to an open flame). Add the corn syrup and molasses, and cook for 5 minutes.
