Bourbon Molasses Glacé

This is a delicious sauce that goes with many meat dishes. It is especially good with chicken.

  • 2 cups bourbon
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1⁄2 cup molasses


  • Reduce the bourbon by 1⁄3 in a deep pot (because you will be releasing the alcohol, be careful not to expose it to an open flame). Add the corn syrup and molasses, and cook for 5 minutes.
