Breakfast Carrot Smoothie
This light smoothie is good for metabolism and focus. It's a great way to start the day.

- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
- 1 cup water
- Combine lettuce, carrots, and apple in a high-speed blender. Pulse to combine.
- While the blender is running, slowly add water until smooth.
