Breakfast Carrot Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup water


  • Combine lettuce, carrots, and apple in a high-speed blender. Pulse to combine.
  • While the blender is running, slowly add water until smooth.
