Brie and Orange Marmalade Sandwich
Brie typically goes really well with high-FODMAP fruit such as pears and apples but it also tastes delicious with low-FODMAP orange marmalade, berries, or berry jams.

- 2 slices gluten-free bread, fresh or toasted
- 2 wedges brie cheese (about 1.5 oz.)
- 1½ Tbsp. orange marmalade
- Place bread on a plate and spread each slice with cheese and marmalade. Enjoy immediately or wrap in tinfoil and refrigerate to enjoy the next day.
