Brioche Con Gelato

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mini Brioche Sweet Bread Buns
  • Gelato, flavor of your choice
  • Nutella
  • Crushed or Chopped Walnuts or other Nut Topping, (Optional)

Directions

  • Place one scoop of your favorite Vero Gelato onto one half of open face mini brioche bun.
  • Warm 2 Tbsp. of Nutella for every brioche bun in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then drizzle over the gelato.
  • Sprinkle with walnut or other nut topping for an added crunch.
