Brioche Con Gelato

Ingredients
- Fresh Mini Brioche Sweet Bread Buns
- Gelato, flavor of your choice
- Nutella
- Crushed or Chopped Walnuts or other Nut Topping, (Optional)
Directions
- Place one scoop of your favorite Vero Gelato onto one half of open face mini brioche bun.
- Warm 2 Tbsp. of Nutella for every brioche bun in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then drizzle over the gelato.
- Sprinkle with walnut or other nut topping for an added crunch.
