Broccoli-Celery Smoothie

Everybody grew up hearing, “You need to finish your broccoli.” The truth is that broccoli is one of the most powerfully packed superfoods you can find!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 stalks celery, trimmed
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cored
  • ½ medium lime, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place spinach, broccoli, celery, carrot, pepper, lime, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
