Broiled Chicken Skewers

Chicken tenders are always popular with kids, and you can try this for entertaining adults, too. The skewers make the chicken tenders easy and fun for kids to eat with their hands and make these chicken tenders a convenient appetizer for a party.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 8 skewers (if wooden, soak skewers)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki

Directions

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Rinse the chicken tenders and pat dry. Mix the olive oil, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip the chicken tenders in this mixture.
  • Skewer each piece of chicken tender and broil on a baking sheet for 3 minutes per side. Serve with rice and tzatziki.
