Brown Sugar French Toast
Private Selection Croissant Bread takes French toast to the next level.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. butter (melted)
- 4 large eggs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 8 slices Private Selection Croissant Bread
- Maple syrup and butter to finish
Directions
- Warm a griddle or large sauté pan to medium heat.
- While that is heating, whisk together all ingredients in a flat-bottomed dish.
- Dip the slices of bread in the mixture and place on preheated griddle or pan.
- Once one side is browned, flip and cook evenly.
- Remove from heat, top with butter & syrup. Enjoy!!!
