Brunswick Stew

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup frozen lima beans
  • 2 cups seitan, diced
  • ¼ tsp. dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • In a 4-quart slow cooker, add all ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 5–6 hours.
