Your guests can make their own flavor combinations on toasted bread – a fun and easy way to put together antipasto!

  • 1 baguette, sliced ¼” thick
  • Colavita Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Private Selection™ Campari Tomatoes, chopped
  • HemisFares™ Pesto Genovese
  • HemisFares™ Red Pesto
  • Fresh basil, torn into large pieces
  • 1 whole bulb garlic, cut crosswise into 2 halves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange baguette slices on two large-rimmed baking sheets, rub each bread slice with a clove of garlic, brush both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Using a large platter, bread board or counter service, arrange all the ingredients in dishes appropriate for their size. Instruct your guests to take a bread slice and top with different ingredients. Suggested combinations: Spread pesto Genovese and top with chopped tomatoes, or spread red pesto and top with fresh torn basil.
  • Drizzle some of the olive oil on top and add a pinch of salt.
