Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and cut in half
- 1 baguette
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 4 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped
Directions
- Cut the baguette into 1⁄2-inch slices. Broil one side of each of the slices. Rub the garlic over the toasted side. Return to the oven and broil the untoasted side. Toss the tomatoes with the olive oil and mound onto the toasted bread. Serve immediately.
