bubly® Grapefruit Rosemary Fizz

This sparkling mocktail is flavored with fresh-squeezed grapefruit and a homemade rosemary simple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1⁄2 lime, juiced
  • 1 cucumbers, sliced
  • bubly® Grapefruit Sparkling Water

Directions

  • In small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar and rosemary sprigs; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let steep 15 minutes.
  • Remove rosemary sprigs; pour into jar. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
  • In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, sliced cucumber and 2 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup; muddle. Pour into glass. Top with bubly Grapefruit; garnish with sprig of rosemary.
  • Tip: add vodka for a refreshing cocktail.
