bubly® Grapefruit Rosemary Fizz
This sparkling mocktail is flavored with fresh-squeezed grapefruit and a homemade rosemary simple syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1⁄2 lime, juiced
- 1 cucumbers, sliced
- bubly® Grapefruit Sparkling Water
Directions
- In small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar and rosemary sprigs; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let steep 15 minutes.
- Remove rosemary sprigs; pour into jar. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
- In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, sliced cucumber and 2 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup; muddle. Pour into glass. Top with bubly Grapefruit; garnish with sprig of rosemary.
- Tip: add vodka for a refreshing cocktail.
