Buffalo Hummus

Many buffalo-flavored dips are full of bad-for-you ingredients, but not this one. You’ll get the delicious satisfaction of spicy buffalo without any guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini
  • ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce (no sugar added)
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • Celery and carrot sticks

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with celery and carrot sticks for dipping.
