Burgers with Lemon Pepper

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. 90% lean hamburger
  • 2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp. sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1⁄8 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Form the hamburger into 8 equal-sized patties.
  • Stir together all the ingredients except the hamburger in a small mixing bowl. Generously sprinkle the mixture on the raw burgers and let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Grill the burgers until desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
