Buttermilk Pasta Salad
Bacon and feta cheese help to deepen the rich flavors of this creamy picnic staple.
Ingredients
- 1 pound farfalle or bow tie pasta
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into ½-inch dice
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Directions
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Rinse the pasta in cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and toss until well coated.
- Chill covered for 30 minutes.
- Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
