Buttermilk Pasta Salad

Bacon and feta cheese help to deepen the rich flavors of this creamy picnic staple.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound farfalle or bow tie pasta
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into ½-inch dice
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Directions

  • In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Rinse the pasta in cold water and drain.
  • In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and toss until well coated.
  • Chill covered for 30 minutes.
  • Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
