Ca Phe Trung (Vietnamese Egg Coffee)

A little bit of egg custard adds a lot of flavor to this this freshly brewed Vietnamese-style coffee.

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1⁄4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 cups Vietnamese Coffee, brewed in French press


  • In a bowl, mix together egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk until well incorporated and bubbly.
  • In a coffee mug, pour coffee and top with egg yolk mixture.
