Cacao Craziness Smoothie
Chocolate cravings can end in guilty consumption of sugar- and fat-laden candy. Satisfy those cravings with pure cacao in a smoothie like this, and candy cravings will be a thing of the past.

- ¼ cup almonds
- 2 cups purified water
- 2 Tbsp. powdered natural cacao
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 medium apples, peeled and cored
- Combine almonds and 1 cup water in a blender and emulsify until no almond bits remain.
- Add cacao, bananas, apples, and remaining 1 cup water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
