Cacio e Pepe Cheese Dip

- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces plus 1 Tbsp. Murray’s Pecorino Calabrese, divided
- 3 teaspoons ground black pepper, plus more to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 10 ounces milk
- Chives, for garnish
- Crackers, for dipping, optional
- Naan, for dipping, optional
- Celery, for dipping, optional
- Red bell pepper, for dipping, optional
- Blend or mix together cream cheese, 3 ounces Pecorino Calabrese, black pepper, milk and salt until smooth.
- Top with reserved Pecorino Calabrese and chopped chives.
