  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1⁄4 large onion, peeled and minced
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1⁄2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper
